These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the choicepulseway.pro website and the booking of events at the Choicepulseway lounge, operated by Choicepulseway Events Inc. By using our site or confirming a booking, you accept these terms in full.

Nature of Our Services

Choicepulseway provides offline social game entertainment at a physical venue. All games are played with fun chips that hold no monetary value. No real-money wagering of any kind is offered or permitted on the premises, and no online or remote version of our activities exists.

Bookings

• A booking is confirmed once a deposit agreed with our team has been received.
• One private group is hosted per evening; dates are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
• Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 72 hours before the event.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full deposit refund.

Guest Conduct

Guests must be of legal age to attend evening events where alcohol is served. We reserve the right to refuse service or end an event early in cases of unsafe or abusive behaviour, without refund. Our venue and equipment must be treated with care; damage caused by guests may be charged to the booking party.

All texts, designs and imagery on this website are the property of Choicepulseway and may not be reproduced without written permission. Information on the site is provided in good faith; package details and availability are confirmed individually during booking.

Liability

Choicepulseway is not liable for personal belongings brought to the venue or for indirect losses arising from event changes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Province of Ontario.
